Any non-IVF related surgeries such as hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, or D&C for pregnancy loss.
Recruitment or purchase fees for donor sperm or donor egg. The cost for obtaining, screening the eggs and donor fees is not included.
All care or other medical services provided by non Nadiya physicians.
