Dental Guarantee

Our clinics provide the written Certificate of Guarantee after the work is performed. Our clinics guarantee that all materials and technologies they use are compliant with EU regulations.

In the unlikely event of a delay of the laboratory work and customer may need to make an additional trip, clinic will cover direct to customers the flight and accommodation costs of the additional trip with a similar class of flight and level of accommodation customers paid for themselves, up to a maximum of 20% of the charges made to customers during that visit and the extra trip. We also provide a free taxi service to and from the airport.

The guarantee will be reduced or invalidated if:

• If our instructions are not followed properly

• If oral hygiene is neglected

• If you fail to present for an annual control examination

• Injury caused by accidents, sports or any third party

• If the denture is not used properly

• Unforeseen root canal treatment

• The gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally declining

• If you have gum or periodontal disease for which we have not provided the gum treatment.

• If an illness is present, which has an unfavourable effects on the mouth (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after-condition excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)

We do not take responsibility for prior or contined dental work done by your dentist back home. The warranty also does not cover damage of dental work caused by or related to other dentists work done post treatment.
